In order to prepare your will, you will want to answer the following questions.     Are there any children under 18?   At what age after 18 do the children receive their inheritance? (for example 21, 25, 30)   Do you wish for the children to receive their inheritance early for education or health reasons?   Do you wish to give anything specific to anyone (for example $5,000)?   Are you requesting a guardian for any children?   Who is the Executor(rix)?   What happens if they die before you?   Do you wish to exclude anyone from the will (you can't exclude a husband or wife, but you can exclude children)?   If you wish to give anything to a charity, please note that we must notify the state that there is a gift to a charity.   Do you wish to include your children's in laws in the will in the event that your children die before you?   If one of your children were to die before you, do you want their share to go to the surviving children or to your grandchild?   Are you going to provide for children of a prior marriage and/or a spouse of a prior marriage?   Do you have any sort of written agreement to provide for anyone?
